Hospitality Industry | Social Advertising Case Study

This social advertising strategy for a hotel client in St. Kitts was focused on generating bookings from a staycation promotion that the hotel was offering to local residents during the slower summer months.


Strategy

Facebook and Instagram ads were used to effectively reach our target audience of locals. Bright, captivating imagery paired with simple copy and a clear call-to-action made this campaign a wild success—and an immense amount of fun to work on! In addition to ad management, I provided community management, answering the hundreds of questions that came in regarding the promotion.


Results (in 2 months):

  • The ads generated 71 bookings- a total of 149 nights booked, with a total revenue of $27,803.
  • I only spent $228.05, so the ROI was 12,091%
  • The ads received 5,026 engagements, with 101 comments.
